my baby doesn't sleep without his crib. so we had a hard time to put him in bed when we had a trip.so we bought this for trip and it works great just like his regular crib.strength:1. it's really easy to install and fold.2. you don't need to assemble. it works like an umbrella.3. it's strong and rigid.weakness:1.base matt is uncomfortable. it's don't have rigid base so you can sort of feel the frame. so we put several layers of blankets
